"the articles 20-23" - артикль не нужен

код подразделения - unit/division code

"by the address" - это, как я понимаю, "(расположенный) по адресу"

located at (и без двоеточия)

"the Law of the Russian Federation “Concerning the entry and exit of the Russian Federation” - посоветуйтесь с кем-нибудь: entry INTO, но exit FROM

2) в словаре есть это "согласие на выезд" + обсуждалось на МТ, и не только тут. Поищите, оно того стоит.

Мои 4 копейки:
1) Смущают имена собственные, особенно Anastasiia. Нужно написать, как в загран. паспорте (в данном примере скорее всего Anastasia, у меня лично так :) )
2) Название закона в сети в основном встречается как "On the procedure for exit from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation”
3) Use a hyphen to connect two-digit numbers: twenty-eighth

Так вот Анастасия именно так в паспорте и записана! Anastasiia.Я сама Анастасия, и тоже Anastasia по паспорту, но здесь так.

Oktabrsky area, я так понимаю, район в городе - Oktyabrsky district, и еще где-то ниже по тексту тоже район встречался
