в следующем контексте:
Pre-Delivery Checks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Article 6.3 or Exhibit B of the Lease, LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that acceptance flight, the borescope and power assurance runs performed on the Engines, and the condition test and borescope performed on the APU at return of the Aircraft under the Prior Lease Agreement and the results thereof are sufficient to satisfy any obligation of LESSOR to perform such tasks prior to Delivery under the Lease and that such obligations of LESSOR under the Lease are hereby waived by LESSEE.

Говорю сразу -- я по авиации специалист небольшой, но что-то мне подсказывает, что "power assurance runs" -- это "контрольные прогоны".

а не могли бы также помочь перевести в этом абзаце :"and the condition test and borescope performed on the APU at return of the Aircraft ".....а то с этим бороскопом вообще туго как-то идет....
