Where goods are sold on an actual weight basis, mill weights shall be conclusive and invoicing will be based on a certificate of quality or other appropriate document from the mill showing the mill scale reading of quantity, net for net, which invoice Seller shall deliver and Buyer shall accept as final and binding.
