нет, легко "не одно и то же"

Input an applied value of the reference load - вопрос КУДА надо ввести это значение (ну или в качестве чего его надо ввести). из отрывка выше это непонятно

для сравнения, во втором предложении - Input the same value as the reference load - понятно, что его надо ввести в качестве "reference load"
