Добрый день, помогите, пожалуйста. Раздел протокола "Protocol adherence", что-то не могу понять смысла второго предложения, особенно после if any:

Investigators ascertain they will apply due diligence to avoid protocol deviations. Under no circumstances should the investigator contact Sponsor or its agents, if any, monitoring the trial to request approval of a protocol deviation, as no authorized deviations are permitted.

Ой, забыла раздел поставить - клинические исследования.

самый общий смысл таков: в процессе наблюдения этот самый investigator ни при каких обстоятельствах не должен ни к кому обращаться с просьбой, чтобы ему одобрили protocol deviation, потому как девиации не разрешены вообще.
