Помогите, пожалуйста, корректно перевести следующее положение:

We, XXX; transfer to the XXX shares in the undetaking called XXX to hold unto the said Transferee, his executors, administrators and assigns subject to the several conditions on which We held the same at the time of the execution hereof and We the said Transferee, do hereby agree to accept the said Shares subject to the conditions aforesaid.
