Subject: пожалуйста помогите с переводом деталей оборудования gen. Thread the LOCATING SHAFT through CONNECTING SHAFT, turn the adjusting nut (регулировочная гайка) clockwise to move the NAIL-PROPPING SEATt with the screw rod horizontally to anastomosing components; when proper gap is attained by adjusting, activate the safety device and hold the handle to trigger the suturing nail; resect epactal tissue with the circular scalpel at the same time.

эт медицинское оборудование, имхо, shaft здесь не вал, а может стержень/ось/штифт |
