мало контекста, не видно, надо ли расшифровывать in ways .... видно ли, каким именно образом China will both fascinate and agitate the rest of the world ? если нет, то возможно просто: (хотя) этого так и не произошло с послевоенной Японией, и возможно никогда не произойдет с Индией, (но) Китай... |
