Оригинал: In case of Equipment delivery delay the Seller shall be responsible for the payment of late delivery charge in the amount of one hundredth per cent (0.01 %) of the Purchase Price attributable to the delayed Equipment or a portion thereof, per each day of delay. In respect of any portion of the Purchase Price due to the Seller, the Purchaser shall be entitled to off-set the amount of the late delivery charge against such due amounts of the Purchase Price.
Трудности вызвало последнее предложение, получилось как-то так, скорее больше по смыслу, чем в переводе: "...В отношении любой части Закупочной Цены , причитающейся Продавцу, Покупатель имеет право уменьшить подлежащую выплате сумму Закупочной цены на сумму неустойки за задержку поставки.
Может быть есть более удачные варианты? Заранее спасибо!
