Subject: Доверенность, помогите, пожалуйста law Может у кого есть готовый перевод стандартного кусочка из доверенности, буду очень признательна!!При подписании настоящего документа доверитель подтверждает, что в дееспособности не ограничен, не находится в состоянии наркотического, токсического, алкогольного опьянения, по состоянию здоровья может осуществлять и защищать свои права и исполнять обязанности, не страдает заболеваниями, могущими препятствовать осознанию сути подписываемого документа. Текст доверенности прочитан мною полностью и соответствует моему действительному волеизъявлению. Содержание ст. ХХХ, смысл, значение и правовые последствия совершаемого нотариального действия доверителю нотариусом разъяснено. |

| Текст договор сторонами прочитан и соответствует их действительному волеизъявлению. Правовые последствия сделки сторонам нотариусом разъяснены. При подписании настоящего договора стороны подтверждают, что в дееспособности не ограничены, под опекой, попечительством, патронажем не состоят, не находятся в состоянии токсического, наркотического, алкогольного опьянения, по состоянию здоровью могут самостоятельно осуществить и защищать свои права и исполнять обязанности, не страдают заболеваниями, могущими препятствовать осознанию и осмыслению сути подписываемого Договора. А также подтверждают, что не находятся под влиянием заблуждения, обмана, насилия, угрозы, злонамеренного соглашения или стечения тяжелых обстоятельств. |
| The Parties read and understood the provisions of the Contract and it correlates with their intensions. The notary public has explained to the Parties the legal consequences of the transaction. At the signing of this Contract, the Parties confirm that they are of full capacity, under no tutorship, curatorship or guardianship, not in a state of alcohol, narcotic or other substance intoxication, in good health to exercise and defend their rights and fulfill their obligations and do not suffer from any disease that could prevent them from understanding the nature of the document being signed. They also confirm that they are not under the influence of delusion, deceit, violence, threats, malicious agreement, or confluence of adverse events (or any other circumstances that may force them to execute the notarial acts hereunder). |
