Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести предложение:The Parties agree that neither Party shall enter into this Agreement or any other agreement with the other Party if it has knowledge that, in connection with it, any money has been, or will be, paid to any person working for or engaged by the other Party or that an agreement has been reached to that effect unless (i) details of any such arrangement have been disclosed in writing to the other Party prior to the execution of the relevant agreement and (ii) approval of such arrangement by an authorised representative of the other Party has been obtained Стороны соглашаются с тем, что ни одна из сторон не заключит настоящий Договор или любой другой договор с другой Стороной, если она знает, что в связи с этим любые деньги, которые выплачены или будут выплачены какому-либо лицу, работающему на другую Сторону или нанятому другой Стороной, или ??? |
