6. Ничто в данном Соглашении не должно истолковываться таким образом, что (а) любая из Сторон имеет право или патентную лицензию, ноу-хау, коммерческую тайну, изобретение, открытие или усовершенствование другой Стороны или (б) любая из Сторон должна приобретать или поставлять какие-либо товары, материалы или услуги другой Стороне.

"employees having a need to know "- взяла из образца соглашения..на англ. языке..

Оксана, а вам просто огромное персональное спасибо...точно !!Это - обратный перевод с англ. на русский, причем не самый удачный...который не прошел в юр. отделе, там много почеркали, кое-что поправили и...... мне его сунули переводить..обратно... на английский..Сейчас спросила где вы это взяли? Удивленные глаза ..тут же нашелся английский оригинал, составленный нашими иностранными партнерами ..из которого просто нужно выкинуть некоторые фразы..а сижу тут рою и копаю..Это что-то!!
