Dear All,
Есть такое предложение:
Возвратить заем денежными средствами и/или погасить задолженность путем конвертации займа в обыкновенные акции Заёмщика, размещаемые по закрытой подписке в течении срока действия настоящего договора.

Перевёл так:
(The Borrower with the consent of the Lender shall be entitled to:)
Repay the loan by funds transfer and/or to settle the debt by conversion of the loan into ordinary shares of the Borrower, placed through a closed subscription during the term of this contract.

Нет ли у Вас поправок/замечаний?
