Здравствуйте, большая просьба - посмотрите, что можно исправить в переводе на английский. Что-то мне подсказывает, что немало.
Исходник - фраза из дилерского письма:

По мнению аудиторов, если предоставление премий или скидок направлено на продвижение товаров, то заключеное между их продавцом и покупателем (магазином) соглашение определяет целенаправленное выполнение магазином за вознаграждение конкретных действий, обеспечивающих, например, создание конкретных обстоятельств, которые привлекают дополнительное внимание покупателей к наименованию и ассортименту товаров поставщика-продавца.

As the auditors say, in case the aim of provision of premiums or discounts is the goods promotion, the agreement made between the salesman and the buyer (shop) shall determine task-oriented payable actions of the shop that provide e.g. creation of specific circumstances that would attract extra attention of the buyers as to the name and range of the products offered by the deliverer-seller.

According to auditors, if bonuses or discounts are intended to promote goods, the agreement between the seller and the buyer (shop) shall stipulate (provide for) task-oriented payable actions by the shop, e.g. creation of specific circumstances attracting extra attention of buyers to the name and range of products offered by the selling supplier.
