Что-то мне совсем не нравится формулировка из договора займа:

Платеж за Последний процентный период и платеж в счет полного досрочного возврата займа по настоящему Договору включает в себя платеж по возврату Остатка суммы займа и уплате начисленных, но не уплаченных процентов, а также сумм неустойки (при наличии).

Если переводить буквально, получается, по-моему, какой-то бред:

The payment for the Last Interest Period and the payment in prepayment of the loan in full hereunder shall include the payment in repayment of the Principal Balance, and in payment of the accrued but unpaid interest and the amount(s) of a penalty (if any).

Т.е. payment shall include payment in payment...

Мне это все мягко говоря не нравится.

Может, написать

shall include the amounts of the Outstanding Principal Balance, the accrued but unpaid interest, and a penalty (if any)?

Мне лично второй вариант кажется гораздо внятнее, но надо еще послушать, что умные люди скажут
