Тяжелый случай. Таких понятий больше нет. В современной классификации они больше не применяются; одно из этих названий окончательно исчезло, а другое сейчас используется совсем в другом смысле, чем тогда (и к тому же очень, очень редко). Так что соответствующие *русские* названия (аналогичных и современных ТОМУ времени) отыскать будет очень трудно.

По-хорошему, вам нужно работать в тесном контакте с медиком, который к тому же хорошо знает историю медицины.
