Помогите перевести следущее: Loan Subordination Agreement и Licensing Fee Subordination Agreement. Это из договора о предоставлении кредита компании от МФК. Среди прочих финансовых документов МФК (IFC Financing Documents) они даются следующим образом:

(f) Loan Subordination Agreement between the Guarantors, the Borrower, the Co-Borrower and IFC, providing for the subordination (in accordance with the subordination terms provided in Section 19.1(c)) of the loans granted by any Guarantor to another Guarantor and/or the Borrower and/or the Co-Borrower to the IFC C Loan; and

(g) Licensing Fee Subordination Agreement between the [name of licensing company], the Borrower, the Co-Borrower and IFC, providing for the subordination (on terms similar to those provided in Section 19.1(c)(i) and (ii)) of the royalty payments to [name of the licensing company] by the Borrower and/or the Co-Borrower to the IFC C Loan.

Есть ли это Договор о субординированном кредите (Гугл) или это что-то другое? Как правильно назвать и что это значит? Буду оч.благодарна за краткий экскурс в applicable laws.
