Cтороны обязуются прилагать все усилия для достижения согласованного объема продаж, однако его невыполнение рассматривается как нарушение Соглашения только при наличии доказательств любой формы вины одной из Сторон.

The Parties shall use its best efforts to obtain agreed sales volume but its non-performance will be regarded as the breach of agreement only when the evidences of any kind reason/fault of one of the Parties are available.
