1. 1. A stamped copy of Personal Medical Record issued by the employer shall be kept at the employer's office or by the person to whom it was issued (employees on a distant job) and shall be made readily available to the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or other agencies upon request. Failure to maintain an original Personal Medical Record entitles the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or the employer to restrict any employee from work.

2.Any employee who is transferred or terminated shall retain their Personal Medical Record to be presented to a new employer as may be required.
