1. Личная медицинская книжка должна иметь печать выдавшего ее предприятия (учреждения) и храниться у администрации предприятия (учреждения) или у работника, которому она выдана (отдаленные точки), для предъявления по требованию работников госсанэпиднадзора или других контролирующих организаций. Отсутствие книжки дает право госсанэпиднадзору и администрации
предприятия (учреждения) не допускать сотрудника к работе. - 1. Personal Medical Record shall be affixed with a seal of the issuing enterprise (institution) and kept by the enterprise (institution) administration or by the employee who it was issued to (distant points) to present it upon the request of officials of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Department or other controlling agencies. In case of absense of the Personal Medical Record the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Department and enterprise (institution) administration have the right not to admit the employee to work.

2. При увольнении и переходе в другое предприятие личная медицинская книжка остается у владельца и предъявляется по месту новой работы. - In case of dismissal and transfer to another enterprise the employee shall keep the Personal Medical Record and present it at the new place of employment.

1. A stamped copy of Personal Medical Record issued by the employer shall be kept at the employer's office or by the person to whom it was issued (employees on a distant job) and shall be made readily available to the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or other agencies upon request. Failure to maintain an original Personal Medical Record entitles the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service or the employer to restrict any employee from work.

2.Any employee who is transferred or terminated shall retain their Personal Medical Record to be presented to a new employer as may be required.
