Subject: hold proceeds on trust gen. Добрый день. Не могу разобраться со статьёй контракта. Речь идет о Товаре, на который покупателю еще не перешло право собственности. Первое придаточное предложение понятно, а потом ничего не получается. Что такое holds the proceed on trust и о каких funds может идти речь? If THE “PURCHASER” sells such Products to a third party in default of its obligations contained in this clause, THE “PURCHASER” holds the proceeds of such sale, whether mixed with funds of THE “PURCHASER” or any other party or not, on trust for Supplier and Supplier is entitled to recover the balance of any purchase price outstanding from such funds.
