Уважаемые коллеги, пожалуйста, помогите перевести сабжи.

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Before making an application for the inclusion of shares, certificates representing shares or bonds in the sub-segment of the Open Market (Entry Standard) and once every year thereafter, the Deutsche Börse Listing Partner undertakes to conduct an information discussion with the Issuer of the included shares, certificates representing shares or bonds concerning the obligation to maintain transparency and the usual investor relations activities on the German capital market.
The subject matter of such an information discussion shall particularly be the transparency requirements that are imperative in connection with an inclusion of shares, certificates representing shares or bonds in the sub-segment of the Open Market (Entry Standard) or with a possible admission of the shares, certificates representing shares or bonds to trading in the General Standard or the Prime Standard at the FWB.

Это стандарты отчетности и раскрытия информации.

Entry Standard, насколько я знаю -- это требования к бумагам, которые только выходят на листинг. General Standard -- это требования немецкого закона к раскрытию информации. Prime Standard -- это требования выше установленных законом: квартальная отчетность (в Германии по закону, если мне не изменяет мой склероз, достаточно публиковать полугодовую), выполненная по GAAP или IFRS и опубликованная по крайней мере на двух языках (немецком и английском).

А как перевести... Если устоявшегося перевода нет, предлагаю "стандарт допуска", "общий стандарт" и "высокий стандарт".
