Я бы поспорил. Все-таки есть вполне себе устойчивое выражение heavywheight decline, а вот heavywheight index выглядит как-то необычно, мягко говоря... Поэтому предлагаю такой вариант: "...смягчить 11-процентный обвал индекса компании Fast Retailing". |

| Вероятно речь идет об индексе Nikkei, в котором учитываются акции всех трех упомянутых компаний. Тогда получается, что рост Fanuc and Kyocera уравновесил падение Fast Retailing, и heavyweight относится именно к компании Fast Retailing, оказывающей значительное влияние на индекс (этакий "тяжеловес индекса" - хотя звучит на мой взгляд коряво, но по смыслу, мне кажется, так и есть...) |
| Tramontane, that depends on actual figures (i.e. FR company stocks' "proportion" in the overall index structure), but looks very reasonable indeed. "Domestic-oriented" giant going down, foreign-oriented tech exporters going up, thus compensating for that. |
