Client understands and acknowledges that the implementation of the investment objectives and strategies employed by CASYS contemplate the use of substantial leverage, and that, accordingly, client could lose up to the totality of its investment. Client further understands that, under each Account’s agreements with Broker-Dealer, Broker-Dealer may terminate or limit the use of margin in the Account, and may liquidate positions, without prior notice, to the extent that such positions are not fully paid. The use of leverage by the Accounts are at all times subject to such agreements and applicable law. CASYS and Client shall consult from time to time as to the leverage ratio to be applied to the Accounts. Client, however, understands that CASYS retains the discretion at all times to reduce, adjust, or limit the notional amount from day-to-day or on an intra-day basis.
