В случае возникновения необходимости после проведения Работы оставления в скважине подземного технологического оборудования Суб-Подрядчика, Генеральный Подрядчик компенсирует Суб-Подрядчику прокат этого оборудования сверх установленных пяти суток по тарифу 130 000,00 (сто тридцать тысяч) тенге за каждые последующие сутки на основании выставленного счета и счета-фактуры в течение срока, определенного п.6.2. настоящего договора.
