Вы, аделàйда, по-моему, допустили ошибку в сегментировании. но могу ошибаться. The register of charges shall contain (what?) details of any prohibition or restriction contained in the instrument (which is doing what?) creating the charge (pause, take a breath) on the power (remember "prohibition or restriction"? they relate to "the power") of the Company to create any future charge ranking in priority to or equally with the charge. |
