Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I the undersigned, do hereby grant to XXX (“Producer”), and its agents and affiliated companies (collectively, “Producer”) the irrevocable right and license to use my name and biographical material (provided by me as applicable) concerning me, and all rights in and to any video tape, motion picture and/or still photographs made by Producer OF MY LIKENESS, and any poses, acts and appearances, and any sound and other recordings made by Producer in any such video tape and/or motion picture as well as any quotes I may give (collectively, the “Recordings”) without additional compensation to me, in any manner or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity, in connection with the program and/or series currently entitled “XXX” and any other Program of Producer, all rights therein and all elements and versions thereof (the “Program”) and in connection with the advertising and promotion thereof.
