1.3 Establishment

The Contractor shall supply and erect any surface facilities required for the Works in locations approved by the Superintendent. The Contractor shall carry out maintenance of the Establishment and maintenance of the area immediately surrounding all buildings and structures making up the Establishment in a well drained, clean and tidy condition at all times.
The Contractor shall provide fire-fighting facilities for the Establishment and for any equipment provided for the performance of the Works.
The Contractor shall ensure that the Establishment includes all fittings and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of any relevant legislation and statutory authorities.
The Contractor shall carry out the maintenance of, and subsequent reticulation of, connections to services provided by the Company to the Establishment area.
On completion of the Works the Contractor shall at its own expense remove from Site all of the Establishment, unless directed otherwise by the Superintendent, and leave the Site in a clean and tidy condition.
The Company reserves the right to purchase any of the agreed Plant and Establishment at the Prices included in section 2.2.1

Что такое в данном случае Establishment - должно быть написано: в заголовке договора, и/или в его преамбуле, и/или в статье "Предмет договора", и/или в приложениях к нему. С пометочкой hereinafter referred to as the "Establishment". Без этого сакрального знания можно до конца Вселенной гадать, на чем же летают инопланетяне: на розовых тарелочках или на зелененьких кастрюлечках.

Ну, какие ваши годы... Еще найдете. С чего-то же вы решили, что это "база", а не "туалет на базе". Что-то ведь натолкнуло вас на такое предположение?

Я много вариантов перебрал, и не могу определиться пока. Может потом будет внесена ясность, и по поводу plant тоже. Пока только известно, что компания может их приобрести: The Company reserves the right to purchase any of the agreed Plant and Establishment at the Prices included in section 2.2.1

И что это Establishment можно удалить/вывезти/иным образом убрать с (Площадки?) (Site)

вот исходя из этих посылок:

думается, что это "временные\вспомогательные здания и сооружения" возводимые на время производства работ (Works).... но это очень wild guess

В таком случае это "объекты и сооружения временной инфраструктуры на период строительства основного объекта". А как короче обозвать - аскеру виднее. Если заказчик схавает слово "база" как обощающий термин, то пур куа и не па?
