несмотря на то, что оно (т.е. положение) содержится только в пункте с определениями настоящего Документа, оно имеет такую же силу, как если бы являлось существенным положением основной части настоящего Документа. а "substantive provision conferring rights or imposing obligations on any of the persons" Вам полностью понятно? |
