Subject: единица сравнения Подскажите, пожалуйста, как лучше перевести "единица сравнения". Речь идет об использовании sales comparison method для оценки недвижимого имущества."В качестве единицы сравнения принимается цена за 1 кв.м. улучшений на основании сложившейся практики рынка недвижимости." well, yes:-) e.g. ...several "arms length" market sales are compared to the subject property based upon some unit of comparison such as price per acre, per square foot, per pad, or even the total sale price. in fact - unit of comparison is certain price |

in fact - unit of comparison is certain price not always so: such attributes might be floor area, views, distance to amenities, number of bathrooms, lot size, age of the property and condition of property |
