Firm Quotation Review
To be carried out ONLY at Firm Enquiry Stage. This is a full technical review of the specifications by Projects, Engineering & Quality personnel prior to submission of the Firm Quotation.
It is designed to catch significant technical issues that would otherwise lead to potential losses during the execution of the project (e.g. incomplete engineering, expensive specifications, special documentation / certification requirements, etc.).

Если я поняла правильно и Firm Quotation - это твердое предложение по ценам, то Firm Enquiry - запрос твердого предложения? Мне как-то не нравится...
