Subject: к чему этот предлог? Здравствуйте, уважаемые переводчики!Помогите, плз, не могу понять, о чем предлог TO во втором предложении: Company 1 is the New Lender according to the Form of Transfer Certificate dated 00/00/0000 addressed to Company 2 as the Facility Agent. Currently Company 2 was relieved of its post under the Facility Agreement dated 00/00/0000 to the Primary Lender at the amount of USD***. |

На мой взгляд, здесь просто опущен глагол addressed, чтобы избежать повторения. Вот пример попроще - The book was presented to Mary and the notebook to Mike. Может есть и другая версия ответа на ваш вопрос... |
