Subject: as international businesses, business counterparties, and executive and non-executive directors are duly recognising law
The Act comes into force in the UK on July 1, 2011. It will not have retrospective effect. The Act will replace the UK’s existing antiquated anti-bribery law with a regime that has far-reaching territorial scope.
