A Constant Maturity Swap is an exchange of different interest rates payable on a fixed
nominal amount by two contracting parties. It is generally an exchange of a variable money
market interest rate (e.g., the 3-month EURIBOR) against a capital market interest rate
(e.g., the 10-year EUR-IRS). That capital market interest rate does not remain fixed for the
life of the swap, however, but rather is periodically adjusted.

да так и пишут - денежный рынок и рынок капитала
отличаются сроками инструментов - если не ошибаюсь, на первом обращаются краткосрочные, а на втором долгосрочные

capital market - срок инвестиций должен превышать 1 год
money market (раздельно, не слитно) - interest rate устанавливается по срокам на 12 или менее месяцев.
