Подскажите, пожалуйста, как перевести

location sheet -
locating commission - установленные комиссионные?

Контекст:
Пункт договора (Agency Contract)

Awarding commission
Commission defined as per paragraph 3.5 not be awarded to the Agent
unless he proves to the company XXX that he was aware of the purchase of the
contract products by the final customer.

The company XXX shall pay the location commission upon receipt of a location sheet showing the number of each machine, at the latest one year after the date the machines were invoiced by the company XXX to the loom manufacturer.

похоже речь про установку станков (оборудования) location sheet = схема/план размещения станков
