Subject: flat deal Здравствуйте,что может означать термин flat deal в договоре??? Нашла как "нейтральное соглашение", но как-то не нравится мне ((( |

в некотором роде ) аренда специалиста) Вот контекст: Flat Deal: Artist’s services shall be performed on a “flat deal” basis and that no increased or additional compensation shall accrue or be payable to Lender by reason of the fact that any of Artist’s services (“overtime”) are performed at night or on Sundays or holidays, or after the expiration of any particular number of hours of services in any period. |
