Сможете ли вы мне помочь в уверенности данного перевода, речь идёт о конструкции самолёта ИЛ-1, настоящее предложение следует:

'Бронекорпус ИЛ-1 имел очень чистые аэродинамические формы, водо и маслорадиаторы размещались внутри корпуса, а более выгодная схема их продува позволила уменьшить их размеры'

At the moment I have:

The armoured fuselage of the Il-1 had a very clean aerodynamic form, the water and oil coolers were located inside it, and a more efficient design for their blow-through allowed their dimensions to be reduced.

Без претензий:
The Ilyusin IL-1 armoured body was neatly streamlined to hide the water and oil coolers inside, and the the more efficient cooler purge system allowed for reducing cooler dimensions.

Интересно, у меня такое впечатление что слово fuselage вошло в англ. относительно недавно. Вроде бы раньше было только hull

*airframe (а точнее - hull) secured (гл.) water & oil radiators
*more efficient air flow scheme across radiators
*downsize radiators

hull - часть fuselage, но в этом самолете радиаторы размещались как раз в hull
