Возможно и правда агентский. К сожалению, страну не определить.

Вот кусочек из пункта - Performance of Duties

PRINCIPAL declares to be fully acquainted with the contents of the Management Agreement, and guarantees towards MANAGER that the Company shall at all times fulfil its obligations under the Management Agreement and that PRINCIPAL will indemnify MANAGER in case the Company fails to fulfil such obligations.

Может еще подскажите, как правильно перевести principal и manager?

Вот вкратце, что есть что.
В договорах встречала перевод principal как принципал.

А вообще, название легче перевести после того, как переведете весь договор и будете значть, о чем это вообще.
