чисто по логике, это наверное когда Customer инициирует поставку ???

6.3 Accuracy and Timeliness. Contractor is responsible for accuracy of receipt of Products from the Company's carriers, for shipment accuracy, and for accuracy of inventory, all as more specifically described in the Scope of Work. Contractor is also responsible for timeliness of delivery of Products to Customers upon pull request. All metrics shall be measured continually and reported to the Company as specified in the Scope of Work.
