Помогите, плиз, с переводом выражения "equitable duty" в следующем контексте:

Nothing in the Agreement shall create any fiduciary or equitable duty owed by one Party to the other Party. Each Party and its affiliates may have interests in any securities issued by the Issuer.

Спасибо. Я тоже думал о таком, или примерно таком, варианте, но все же решил спросить у коллег, т.к. не уверен в своих юридических познаниях.
