На мой взгляд, это пафосная чушь, конечно, но что-то вот такое здесь и написано...

Тут чувствуется явное восклицание от переизбытка чувств (согласна с eu_br, что это «пафосная чушь), поэтому нужно переводить восклицанием (так ск-ть, клин клином вышибать):

Я бы вообще перевела “What a time to… as we…” --- «Какая прекрасная возможность…чтобы … именно сейчас, когда мы…»
«Самое время / Пора/ Настало время …» (из копилки):

Now is the time to do
This is the time to do
Time for action is now!
The time is ripe/ right for, etc. (Does this ring any bells with you?)
