Subject: Проблема с переводом!!! Уважаемые переводчики, кто-нибудь встречался в передовом страховых полисов, заключенных в США?в страховом полисе есть следующий пункт: Limits if Liability. вроде ясно о чем должна идти речь. но содержание не понятно вообще. помогите разобраться, плиз!
содержание пункта следующее:
Attaching for $ 1, 000, 000 first loss any one Vessel, Aircraft, Pastal Sending, Conveyance or any one first loss (excepting Brazil as defined elsewhere herein) any one location, however, irrespective of any language found in this policy relaxing any other declaration procedures, it is understood and agreed that the assured shall declare to underwriters hereon:
