POPULATION (generic population --> no need in the article) healthier the population and first of all (it's not the best way to translate "прежде всего" here --> the phrase usu. implies the second, third, etc. ) – the creation of environmentally friendly health-improving (a bit awkward, find another word) devices which are based on nanotechnologies, the preparation of workbook and specialists how to use our devices (sounds awkward again).

Overall, unless you are John Updike, try avoiding long-winded constructions in an English sentence. Noun stacks (e.g., large-scale implementation adoption of innovative methods). Punctuation is another weak point.

Алеся, ошибки тут везде, слух режет каждая фраза. Но, честно говоря, и обороты типа "инновационные методы оздоровления населения" оставляют желать лучшего, а для некоторого населения подобные фразы приводят к нервным озоболеваневаниям.
Поэтомы я и не согласен ни с silly.wizard , ни с natrix_reloaded, ни с ихним дежавю, при всем моем к ним. Не нужен Вам нейтив копирайтер, по крайней мере, на этом этапе! Начните с русского редактора. А хороший текст потом от нефиг делать вам тут любой переведет на язык Шекспира и Дюма (отца)
