delegation of duties --> делегирование обязанностей/полномочий
Human Resource Management duties --> обязанности по руководству кадрами

чувствуете разницу между "фактом" и "обстоятельством"?
environment -- окружение/среда
а "indisputable" потеряли

3. He was working for ABC when the merger took (to take) place. – Он работал в Американской Вещательной Компании, когда произошло слияние компаний.

Мы не знаем, что это именно та ABC. лучше, наверное, сказать просто *компания «ABC»*

4. The company will be developing (to develop) this product for three years.- Компания будет разрабатывать данный продукт на протяжении 3х лет.

Я бы употребил Present Perfect Continuous.

5. By the end of the year they will fulfill (to fulfill) the plan. – К концу года они выполнят план.

по логике, тут Future Perfect напрашивается.

1. Вы слишком много вываливаете за один раз. Энтузиасты иссякнут быстро. Лично мне, при том что у меня любимое развлечение "найдите ошибки", просто неохота вчитываться. Слишком много буков:(
2. Объяснений тоже просите постепенно. Превращайте все в "дружескую беседу", а не в урок...Иначе, редактирование- 50% от стоимости перевода, с объяснениями- все 100. Опять же, объемы...
3. НИКОГДА НЕ ХАМИТЕ тем, кто при другой раскладке карт поможет Вам самым первым...Не плюй в колодец...

Wiz (I hope you don't take my nickname-tweaking habit as an insult, like some do), why are you so ticked off about it? Beats me!

If you insist, I can give you a short piece of my rational. For a few years that I frequent this forum, I've seen quite a few "student" species. This particular student doesn't seem to be looking for easy ways, or it's not obvious at least. I chose to help because I see some interest, I see the effort that has been put into the task; besides, I have a few spare moments and need to decompress from work.
To answer your question, there's no particular goal that I follow when I decide to contribute on this or any other thread. In general and for the most part, it's a way to kill time, share some knowledge and learn something in return, make some people happy and some mad (the latter is rarely intended). Now, on didactical side of the issue. As the asker herself explained, it would not be better to simply give the answer for the reasons that she also stated. I never taught languages professionally (except for a few tutoring stints during university years), but I know a thing or two about learning patterns and knowledge acquisition.
That's all there is, there ain't no more. Honestly, it's discombobulating to have to explain these things, or, rather, that someone is so obsessed to know.

Future Perfect употребляется для выражения будущего действия, которое совершится до определенного момента в будущем. Момент, до которого совершится действие определим by the end of the year.
