Yes, Armagedo, that's me... This phrase was never part of the curriculum, so not quite sure why my degree is a source of humour to anyone (other than me, but I was there, after all). Here's the context: the speaker is telling someone about how another's business is going to the dogs. X hears the comment and can't believe the speaker's schadenfreude (this word wasn't part of the curriculum either, BTW). "Do you know X? Залетел на хуй!" So Rashid and silly wizard seem to be spot on! Thanks all. |

mmm .... "to get in f-ing trouble" may be too general (or generic?) for your context. i would seek either a more specific slangy way to describe the kind of trouble the X got into, OR a more expressive way to put it (like Rashid's). otherwise the phrase sounds lame, imho |

а ларчик открывается там, где предлог с существительным более не путается с наречием. простите, что выкопал эту ветку; искал ветку про "катить велосипед" (там был какой-то майор Галкин, который смотрел "орлом"), и не нашел, зато нашел вот эту.... черт бы ее побрал. | Судя по приведенному контексту, автор топика что-то не так расслышал(понял) - там было банальное "Иди ка ты Вася на ***" |
