Возможно Вы забыли оплатить счет от .........., номер счета .............сумма.........
Мы не смогли выявить данную оплату на нашем счете, поэтому посим оплатить данный счет до 31.12.2010. В случае, если счет был вами уже оплачен, пожалуйсто отправьте нам дату оплаты.

не зная уверенности автора в этом "Возможно Вы забыли", возможно употребить may:
