Blindly to be in the fashion - it is ridiculous, and essentially not to follow – silly.
Being fashionable does not mean wearing fashionable shoes and fashionable clothes. To be fashionable is means to be the modern, brought up, well-groomed and educated person. If the person conducts an active way of life, visits cinema, theatre, a museum, it means is fashionable and modern, and such person always will be dressed in an appropriate manner - nice and fashionable. Chekhov wrote: "Everything in the person should be beautiful: the face and clothes, and thoughts”. If a person does not have a purpose in life, does not aspire to something , does not wish to develop intellectually or physically , this person does not live, but exist, - he is nobody.
