Как обычно переводятся такие вещи ?

выражает желание принять участие в Конкурсном отборе организаций на право заключения договора __________________________________.
ПОДАВ настоящую заявку, мы предоставляем Вам полномочия изучать представленные нами документы, обращаться с запросами к должностным лицам нашей организации, обслуживающим нашу организацию банкам и нашим партнерам за разъяснением возможных финансовых, юридических и организационных вопросов, имеющих отношение к оценке нашей заявки в рамках Документации.

Странно. а почему некоторые слова Вы пишите заглавными буквами.
"We HAVE STUDIED" - а это ваще что такое?

Having filed this application, we hereby authorize you to study the documents submitted by us, to make inquiries to the officials of our organization, banks serving our organization as well as our partners for clarification of possible financial, legal and institutional issues relevant to the assessment of our application.

У меня получилось вариант весьма схожий с вашим.
