5.1. It is recorded that the Anticipated Completion Date represents the date upon which it is presently expected that the Unit will be ready for occupation. The Seller may by giving the Purchaser not less than thirty (30) days notice in writing require the Completion Date to be brought forward up to a maximum period of three (3) months earlier than the Anticipated Completion Date ("Early Completion Notice") and the Purchaser will be obliged to accept such Completion Date. Upon the issuance of the Early Completion Notice by the Seller to the Purchaser, the Purchaser will be bound to complete on the Completion Date stipulated in the Early Completion Notice and will be required to make the payment on the Completion Date of the balance of the entire Purchase Price outstanding regardless of the amounts due on the installment date(s) under the Payment Schedule.

5.1. Продавец, должен письменно известить покупателя о переносе срока окончания работ не позднее, чем за 30 дней. Максимальный срок переноса окончания работ- это три месяца до Предполагаемой даты Окончания работ (Раннее выполнение) и Покупатель Обязан принять данную дату завершения работ.......... продавец вправе, направив покупателю письменное уведомление не менее чем за 30 (тридцать) дней, потребовать переноса даты завершения [на более ранний срок] на максимальный период 3 (три) месяца до наступления ожидаемой даты завершения ("уведомление о досрочном завершении"), и покупатель обязан принять такую дату завершения [согласиться с такой датой завершения]. после направления продавцом покупателю уведомления о досрочном завершении покупатель обязан завершить [работы?] в дату завершения, указанную в уведомлении о досрочном завершении, и должен выплатить в дату завершения неоплаченный остаток покупной цены независимо от сумм, причитающихся к уплате на дату (-ы) очередного платежа в соответствии с графиком платежей.
