Please help me find the Russian equivalent of the following call center phrases

Unfortunately you are calling outside our service hours. Our service hours for telephone inquiries are monday to friday from 8 AM to 8 PM Central European time.

I cannot find the Russian equivalent for the first phrase. Could you please help me on that?
