Выплаты в соответствии с Индивидуальным Кредитным Соглашением can not fail Lender and Exporter obligations raised under ECA Insurance Policy?? и будут осуществляться только в том случае, если ECA не will not issue (into the Lender) special instruction stated???, с указанием, что все выборки, произведенные после the date of instruction issuing, не покрываются Страховым Полисом.
